- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Well of course no one wants to give then a good rating, but I had no issuse. Wait time to get someone on the phone was about 6 minutes, the guy who took care of my case ask me to give an offer first, I did, and of course I went extremely low, he put me on hold and came back with a reasonable offer. I accept and he explained to me everything. He said once I got my letter from them I could report it myself to my credit report, so it could go on faster, he explain its the typical thing to do. I have had nothing but great experiences with them period everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful.
