  This year I had a 941X form to have completed. Two other tax experts refused. The Lake Hiawatha H&R Block location worked it out and were able to help me. Very knowledgeable staff and "Very" helpful. I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk and felt at home. I will definitely return and tell others about my experience here.

  This place was terrible. Had an appointment for 1:00, showed up at 12:55. The person I was supposed to see was still busy with a prior client, which I understand, and I was told it would be "a few minutes" before they were ready for me. So I sat and waited. After half an hour I could tell it wasn't going to be any time soon. So I asked if I could work with another adjuster, which they said would be fine. I then waited another five minutes while she "cleaned off her desk" at which point I finally sat down with her. Then she said she couldn't help me due to my working and living in different states and that I’d have to wait for my original adjuster. I waited another ten minutes and still nothing. They then offered to their "why wait" program which was me leaving all my info with them. But then they said I’d still have to come in the next day to talk to someone. At that point I left and came back to work, my lunch break gone and my taxes unfiled. I have had good luck with H&R Block before but I do NOT recommend ever going to this branch. I've seen kindergartners organize things better.
