- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. I called to resolve a balance and they treated me like I was troubling them! The first time I called they couldn't tell me how much I owed. I then made several calls to them and left several voicemails and when I finally got in touch with them they said "We've been calling you constantly on this matter" She was so short with me, spoke to me so disrespectfully. I literally had to ask her if I was bothering her. If you are looking for professional people to represent you- don't look here.By Leanna Britton, March 31, 2017
