- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could leave 0 stars I would. As the sellers, this lending company is highly unprofessional and has delayed closing twice with poor communication. Our agent contacted them 24 hrs prior to latest closing and the best they can say is stop bothering us we will let you know when it's clear to close.By Mark Shields, August 27, 2017
